Overview

Understanding user roles and permissions helps you control access to different features and data in your clinic system.

Available Roles

Clinic Admin

  • Full system access
  • Can manage all staff
  • Can configure settings
  • Can view all reports

Therapist

  • Can view assigned patients
  • Can create clinical notes
  • Can manage own appointments
  • Limited access to settings

Receptionist

  • Can manage appointments
  • Can register patients
  • Can view basic patient info
  • Cannot access clinical notes

Assistant

  • Limited view access
  • Can assist with basic tasks
  • No editing permissions

Setting Permissions

  1. Go to Staff Management
  2. Select staff member
  3. Click Edit
  4. Assign role
  5. Set specific permissions
  6. Save

  • Assign minimum necessary permissions
  • Review permissions regularly
