Available Roles
Clinic Admin
- Full system access
- Can manage all staff
- Can configure settings
- Can view all reports
Therapist
- Can view assigned patients
- Can create clinical notes
- Can manage own appointments
- Limited access to settings
Receptionist
- Can manage appointments
- Can register patients
- Can view basic patient info
- Cannot access clinical notes
Assistant
- Limited view access
- Can assist with basic tasks
- No editing permissions
Setting Permissions
- Go to Staff Management
- Select staff member
- Click Edit
- Assign role
- Set specific permissions
- Save
