Overview
Staff Management allows you to add, manage, and organize your clinic staff members including therapists, assistants, and administrative personnel.
Accessing Staff Management
URL: /clinic/staff
Navigation: Sidebar → Staff
Adding New Staff
- Click Add Staff Member
- Fill in information:
- Full Name
- Phone Number
- Role (Therapist, Assistant, Admin, etc.)
- Specialty
- License Number (if applicable)
- Set permissions and access levels
- Save staff member

Editing Staff
- Find staff member in list
- Click Edit button
- Update information
- Save changes
Staff Roles
- Admin - Full system access
- Therapist - Clinical access
- Assistant - Limited access
- Receptionist - Appointment and patient access
Best Practices
- Keep staff information updated
- Deactivate staff when they leave
- Assign appropriate roles and permissions
- Review staff list regularly
