Staff Management Guide

Overview

Staff Management allows you to add, manage, and organize your clinic staff members including therapists, assistants, and administrative personnel.

Accessing Staff Management

URL: /clinic/staff
Navigation: Sidebar → Staff

Adding New Staff

  1. Click Add Staff Member
  2. Fill in information:
    • Full Name
    • Email
    • Phone Number
    • Role (Therapist, Assistant, Admin, etc.)
    • Specialty
    • License Number (if applicable)
  3. Set permissions and access levels
  4. Save staff member

See the Staff Status Management Guide for detailed information on activating and deactivating staff members.

Editing Staff

  1. Find staff member in list
  2. Click Edit button
  3. Update information
  4. Save changes

Staff Roles

  • Admin - Full system access
  • Therapist - Clinical access
  • Assistant - Limited access
  • Receptionist - Appointment and patient access

Best Practices

  • Keep staff information updated
  • Deactivate staff when they leave
  • Assign appropriate roles and permissions
  • Review staff list regularly
