Phyzioline explains how we collect, use, and protect personal data across our platform (marketplace, clinics, home visits, courses, jobs, and AI features).
Data we collect
- Account: Name, email, phone, user type, and role permissions.
- Commerce: Shipping addresses, order history, and payments (via external provider).
- Healthcare: Patient data, appointments, and clinical notes — within the authorized clinic context.
- Analytics: Aggregated usage events with an anonymous session ID — only after cookie consent on the public site.
- Notifications: Push tokens and WhatsApp messages when you enable those features.
- AI: Chat content and operational context to provide assistance — not used for advertising.
Legal basis & retention
We process data to deliver the service, comply with law, and maintain security. We retain data for the life of the account or contract, and as required for accounting and disputes.
Recruitment (jobs)
When you apply for a job, we process your CV and application data for the posting employer. See our Job Applicant Privacy.
Messaging & WhatsApp
If you enable WhatsApp or in-app messaging, we process message content and phone numbers to deliver notifications. Message logs are retained for support and compliance.
AI features
AI assistants may process prompts and limited account context to answer questions. We do not use AI chat content for advertising. Retention follows operational needs and can be requested for deletion with your account.
