Patient Management is the core of your clinic operations. This guide covers how to register, manage, and track your patients in Phyzioline.
Accessing Patient Management
URL: /clinic/patients
Navigation: Sidebar → Patients
Registering a New Patient
- Click Add New Patient button
- Fill in required information:
- Full Name
- Date of Birth
- Gender
- Phone Number
- Email (optional)
- Address
- Emergency Contact
- Add medical history (if available)
- Upload documents (ID, insurance card, etc.)
- Click Save to create patient record
Patient List Features
Search & Filter
- Search by name, phone, or ID
- Filter by status (Active, Inactive)
- Filter by specialty
- Sort by registration date, name, etc.
Patient Actions
- View - See full patient profile
- Edit - Update patient information
- Create Appointment - Schedule appointment directly
- Create Episode - Start new treatment episode
- View History - See all past appointments and notes
