Document Management allows you to store, organize, and access patient documents, forms, and medical records.
Uploading Documents
- Go to patient profile
- Navigate to Documents tab
- Click Upload Document
- Select file
- Choose document type:
- ID/Passport
- Insurance Card
- Medical Reports
- X-rays/Scans
- Other
- Add description
- Upload
Organizing Documents
- Create folders by category
- Tag documents
- Set document access permissions
- Archive old documents
Viewing Documents
- Click on document to view
- Download documents
- Share documents securely
- Print documents
