Document Management

Overview

Document Management allows you to store, organize, and access patient documents, forms, and medical records.

Uploading Documents

  1. Go to patient profile
  2. Navigate to Documents tab
  3. Click Upload Document
  4. Select file
  5. Choose document type:
    • ID/Passport
    • Insurance Card
    • Medical Reports
    • X-rays/Scans
    • Other
  6. Add description
  7. Upload

Organizing Documents

  • Create folders by category
  • Tag documents
  • Set document access permissions
  • Archive old documents

Viewing Documents

  • Click on document to view
  • Download documents
  • Share documents securely
  • Print documents

Best Practices

  • Upload documents immediately after receipt
  • Use clear naming conventions
  • Organize by date and type
  • Keep documents secure and confidential
