Insurance Claims Management helps you submit, track, and manage insurance claims for patient treatments.

Accessing Insurance Claims

Navigation: Sidebar → Insurance Claims

Submitting a Claim

  1. Select patient with insurance
  2. Click Create Claim
  3. Enter claim details:
    • Insurance provider
    • Policy number
    • Treatment dates
    • Diagnosis codes
    • Procedure codes
  4. Upload required documents
  5. Submit claim

Tracking Claims

  • View claim status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
  • Track payment status
  • View claim history
  • Resubmit rejected claims

Claim Statuses

  • Pending - Awaiting insurance review
  • Approved - Claim approved, payment pending
  • Rejected - Claim denied, review required
  • Paid - Payment received

Best Practices

  • Submit claims promptly
  • Ensure all codes are accurate
  • Follow up on pending claims
  • Keep documentation organized
