Submitting a Claim
- Select patient with insurance
- Click Create Claim
- Enter claim details:
- Insurance provider
- Policy number
- Treatment dates
- Diagnosis codes
- Procedure codes
- Upload required documents
- Submit claim
Tracking Claims
- View claim status (Pending, Approved, Rejected)
- Track payment status
- View claim history
- Resubmit rejected claims
Claim Statuses
- Pending - Awaiting insurance review
- Approved - Claim approved, payment pending
- Rejected - Claim denied, review required
- Paid - Payment received
