Job Posting Guide

Overview

The Job Posting feature allows you to post job openings, manage applications, and hire therapists and staff for your clinic.

Accessing Jobs

URL: /clinic/jobs
Navigation: Sidebar → Jobs (if available)

Posting a New Job

  1. Click Post New Job
  2. Fill in job details:
    • Job Title
    • Type (Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Training)
    • Location
    • Description
    • Urgency Level
  3. Select required specialties
  4. Select required techniques/skills
  5. Set experience requirements
  6. Set salary information
  7. Publish job

Managing Applications

  1. Go to job listing
  2. Click View Applications
  3. Review applicant profiles
  4. Accept or reject applications
  5. Schedule interviews

Job Statuses

  • Active - Currently accepting applications
  • Paused - Temporarily not accepting applications
  • Closed - Position filled or cancelled

Best Practices

  • Write clear, detailed job descriptions
  • Set realistic requirements
  • Respond to applications promptly
  • Update job status when filled
