  • Patente / tax identifier (IF)

  • Municipal occupancy (autorisation d’exercer / local)
  • Health-authority file for a physiotherapy cabinet/centre
  • Diploma, equivalency if foreign, and professional registration
  • Lease (contrat de bail) and identity documents

Staff licensing
  • Foreign diplomas need recognition before the practitioner can be listed on the cabinet licence.
