Required documents checklist
  • Autorisation d’exercice / diploma recognition if trained outside France
  • Inscription à l’Ordre des MK
  • INSEE / SIRET and URSSAF affiliation
  • RCP professional-liability insurance
  • Lease (bail professionnel) and accessibility declaration where required
  • CPAM conventionnement if you will treat insured patients at convention rates

  • You may not use the title or treat before Ordre inscription and autorisation d’exercice are complete.
Staff licensing
  • Salaried kinesitherapists must also be inscribed at the Ordre; the cabinet remains responsible for the premises.

Diploma recognition (if needed) → Ordre → SIRET/URSSAF → insurance → premises → optional CPAM

Important tip

France does not use DataFlow. Apostille plus a sworn French translation of Egyptian (or other) diplomas is the usual blocker.
