Refund & Return Policy

This policy describes how refunds and returns are handled for products, courses, clinic appointments, and home visits on Phyzioline.

Products

  • Return period: 7 days from delivery
  • Full refund: Within 7 days of delivery with return
  • Partial refund: Product damage or defect

Courses

  • Refund window: 10 days from enrollment
  • Full refund: Within 10 days of enrollment
  • No refund: After 10 days

Clinic appointments

  • Cancellation notice: 24 hours before the appointment
  • Full refund: 24 hours or more before the appointment
  • Partial refund: Between 24 and 4 hours before the appointment (50%)
  • No refund: Less than 4 hours before the appointment, or no-show

Home visits

  • Cancellation notice: 24 hours before the appointment
  • Full refund: 24 hours or more before the appointment, or specialist withdrawal
  • Partial refund: Between 24 and 4 hours before the appointment (50%)
  • No refund: Less than 4 hours before the appointment, or no-show
