- ABN / ASIC company
- AHPRA registration for every treating physiotherapist
- Professional indemnity meeting AHPRA / APA expectations
- Council planning or occupancy for a health service if required

- Medicare / NDIS provider numbers only if you will bill those schemes

ABN/company → AHPRA-registered staff → council occupancy → insurance → open (then Medicare/NDIS if needed)
