Sign in, open Privacy & data, and choose to delete your account. The account is closed and your personal data is anonymized.

If you cannot sign in, write to us through Contact Us with the subject Privacy / Data Request. We reply to the email address or phone number on your account.
If you used Facebook or WhatsApp with Phyzioline
When you remove Phyzioline in your Facebook settings, or ask Facebook to delete your data, the request reaches us automatically. We record it, delete the data Meta shared with us about you, and give you a confirmation code to follow it.
A clinic that disconnects its WhatsApp number has its access to that number deleted from Phyzioline at once.
What is kept
Some records are kept where the law requires it, such as invoices and payment records. A patient file created by a clinic is held for that clinic; ask the clinic about it.
