How Phyzioline handles recruitment data when you apply for jobs on our platform.
Data we collect when you apply
- Identity and contact details (name, email, phone).
- CV/resume, cover letter, and answers to employer screening questions.
- Application status and communication history with the employer.
- Technical metadata (IP address, application timestamp) for fraud prevention.
Who receives your data
Your application is shared with the employer who posted the job and with Phyzioline administrators for compliance and support. We do not sell applicant data to third parties.
Retention
Applications are retained for the recruitment cycle and up to 24 months unless the employer or law requires a longer period. You may request deletion where no legal hold applies.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your applicant data via our privacy tools or by contacting support with subject “Privacy / Data Request”.
