Refund & Return Policy

This policy describes how refunds and returns are handled for products, courses, clinic appointments, and home visits on Phyzioline.

Products

• Return period: 7 days from delivery
• Full refund: Within 7 days of delivery with return
• Partial refund: Product damage or defect

Courses

• Refund window: 10 days from enrollment
• Full refund: Within 10 days of enrollment
• No refund: After 10 days

Clinic appointments

• Cancellation notice: 24 hours before the appointment
• Full refund: More than 24 hours before appointment
• Partial refund: Less than 24 hours before appointment (50%)
• No refund: No-show

Home visits

• Full refund: Before therapist confirms visit
• No refund: After visit completion
