Home visit terms — patient
By confirming a home-visit booking on Phyzioline you agree to the following.
1. The platform is an intermediary
Phyzioline connects the patient with an independent physiotherapist. The platform does not itself provide treatment and does not replace the clinician–patient relationship.
2. Price disclosure before contracting
The session fee shown at confirmation is the amount due for this visit unless clearly stated otherwise. There are no hidden fees after confirmation. Price, cancellation, and refund terms are disclosed before you are bound, consistent with Consumer Protection Law 181/2018.
3. Cancellation and refunds
Booking is confirmed by online payment only. The shown session price is the amount due.
- Patient cancel 24 hours or more before the appointment: 100% refund.
- Cancel between 24 and 4 hours: 50% refund — the specialist receives 50% after platform commission.
- Less than 4 hours or no-show: no refund — the specialist receives the net after commission.
- Specialist withdrawal before the session starts: 100% refund to the patient.
- Platform cancel if nobody accepts within 24 hours: 100% refund if paid.
You may cancel until the specialist arrives / the session starts. After “Arrived” it is a no-show or a completed session, not a cancellation.
Electronic refunds, if due, go back through the original payment channel within normal operations time.
4. Health data and privacy
Complaint, address, and health information are sensitive. We process them to deliver the visit, support, and legal compliance, under Personal Data Protection Law 151/2020. See the Privacy Policy.
5. Informed consent for treatment
This clickwrap is consent to book the visit and these service terms. Clinical informed consent is taken by the specialist before or at the start of the session and is separate.
6. Address and visit safety
You confirm the visit address and service area are accurate and suitable for a home physiotherapy session. Changing the area after confirmation may require cancel or reschedule.
7. Professional liability
Clinical responsibility sits with the specialist under practice rules and the physiotherapy syndicate. The platform operates matching, payment, and communications — not the clinical decision.
8. Governing law
Egyptian law applies. Egyptian courts have jurisdiction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
