Products
- Return period: 7 days from delivery
- Full refund: Within 7 days of delivery with return
- Partial refund: Product damage or defect
Courses
- Refund window: 10 days from enrollment
- Full refund: Within 10 days of enrollment
- No refund: After 10 days
Clinic appointments
- Cancellation notice: 24 hours before the appointment
- Full refund: More than 24 hours before appointment
- Partial refund: Less than 24 hours before appointment (50%)
- No refund: No-show
Home visits
- Full refund: Before therapist confirms visit
- No refund: After visit completion
