Marketplace trust
- Vendors and therapists undergo admin review before full activation.
- Clinics use internal role-based access to isolate patient data.
- Payments are processed by certified providers (e.g. Paymob) — we do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Healthcare data (PHI)
Patient records, clinical notes, and appointments are protected by clinic permissions. Access is limited to authorized staff. See our Privacy Policy and Help Center for role-specific guidance.
AI & messaging
AI features, WhatsApp, and push notifications may process account data to deliver the service. This is described in our Privacy Policy. Public-site analytics run only after you accept cookies via the consent banner.
Your rights — access & deletion
